Vietnam
Limestone bays, lantern towns and coffee culture
Vietnam runs 1,600 km from Hanoi's old quarter to the Mekong Delta, and most visitors travel it top to bottom. It is great value, with dramatic scenery and a food culture built on fresh herbs and noodle soups.
